In full recognition of this responsibility, as the Data Controller, we process your personal data as explained below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.

 

1. Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Personal Data

 

Your personal data may vary depending on the services, products, or commercial activities provided by our company; it can be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic means such as offices, dealers, websites, social media channels, and similar methods. Your personal data may be processed while being created and updated as long as you benefit from our products and services. Additionally, your personal data may be processed when you use our website intending to use company services, visit our company or website, or participate in trainings, seminars, or events organized by our company.

 

The collected personal data will be processed by our business units within the scope of Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law for purposes such as carrying out necessary work to allow you to benefit from the products and services offered by our company; personalizing and recommending these products and services according to your preferences, habits, and needs; ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and related parties (including administrative operations related to communication, physical security and supervision of company locations, evaluation processes of partners/customers/suppliers and their authorized personnel, legal compliance, financial affairs, etc.); determining and implementing our company’s commercial and business strategies; and managing human resources policies.

 

1. Recipients and Purposes of Transferred Personal Data

 

The collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private persons within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law, for purposes including the necessary work to enable you to benefit from our products and services; personalization and recommendation of products and services; ensuring legal and commercial security; managing commercial strategies; and human resources policies. Furthermore, personal data may be transferred abroad by agencies for improving service quality, extending product warranty periods upon customer request, reporting on events and outputs, enhancing marketing and promotion activities in collaboration with social media organizations, agencies, and press, and for visa and travel arrangements during campaigns.

 

1. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

 

Your personal data is obtained verbally, in writing, or electronically within the legal framework for providing our products and services and fulfilling our contractual and legal obligations accurately and completely. The personal data collected under this legal basis are processed and transferred for the purposes mentioned in sections (1) and (2) above, within the scope of Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.

 

1. Rights of Personal Data Owners under Article 11 of the KVK Law

 

As personal data owners, you have the right to submit requests regarding your rights to our company using the methods outlined below. We will respond free of charge within thirty days based on the nature of the request. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board sets a fee, it will be charged accordingly.

 

Under this scope, personal data owners have the rights to:

 

• Learn whether personal data has been processed,

• Request information if personal data has been processed,

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,

• Know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data is transferred,

• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notify third parties to whom data was transferred,

• Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist and notify third parties accordingly,

• Object to outcomes arising against the person through automatic analysis,

• Request compensation for damages resulting from unlawful processing.

 

According to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVK Law, you can submit your requests in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since no alternative method is currently set, requests must be made in writing.
